Gotta try this smoothie bowl


Ingredients 

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup coconut water 
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter 
  • 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinammon

Blend everything together until a creamy consistency. Top with bluberries or just by itself. Hope you guys love it! Let me know if you do .
