- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 frozen bananas 🍌
- Half a cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of roasted almond butter
- Hemp Hearts
- Almond Butter
- Coconut flakes
- Sliced banana
Just blend everything together to your desired consistency & enjoy! Remember the consistency has to be thick.
I changed the ingredients a bit because at the time I didn’t have 1/4 cup avocado and I don’t like putting sea salt in anything I cook. It also said to put 2 cubes of ice but I was good without it. This recipe is AMAZING! Ive made it 4 times in the paste two days. The bubs really enjoyed it and he is so damn picky !
